Regional, On the Job Training for cover crop, residue and tillage management, and conservation crop rotation. Attendees will meet, virtually or in person, with the same group over the course of up to a year. Groups will be led by the local Area Resource Conservationist(s), TTCP Training Conservationists, Specialists or other partner subject matter experts. The focus of these meetings is the planning, design, and installation/certification of practices. The core practices that will be the focus of the OJT in this cohort will include the practices below based on IDP requests:
- Conservation Crop Rotation (328) up to Job Class I
- Residue and Tillage Management, No Till (329) up to Job Class I
- Residue and Tillage Management, Reduced Till (345) up to Job Class I
- Cover Crop (340) up to Job Class III
